Argh!! We are awash with excitement with the news that Goddess and all round greatest woman on earth, Beyonce, will be closing Glastonbury this year. As a self titled, Glastonbury "veteran" the closing night of Glastonbury is stuff that dreams are made of.... Sure, it's mainly a "rock" festival and the announcement that she will be headlininghas put some people's backs up, but as a member of the crowd during Jay Z's epic performance, festival go ers really don't mind a bit of diversity when it comes to headliners. After all. Glastonbury is the largest and most diverse music festival in the world - surely there's room for one of the biggest musicians of today? The beauty of Glastonbury is that there are SO MANY great stages and acts on at once that you can go find something else to suit you... Embrace it! We will be shaking out bootylicous butts to a bit of Miss Knowles fo sho...
